Tricia has over 30 years restaurant management experience in Denver, San Diego and Maui. She’s passionate about collaborating with like-minded restauranteurs who are committed to authentic, locally-sourced, organic and community-based businesses and vendors. Tricia returned to Denver to open Palizo with her brother, owner Patrick Mangold-White, in what has been a long-time dream and passion project for all involved.
Chef Tyler’s love for kitchens started early – as a kid his first power tool was a hand-held egg beater. In the 20 years since training at the French Culinary Institute, Tyler has worked with renowned and celebrity chefs, run kitchen operations at two Forbes Five Star AAA Five Diamond ultra-luxury resorts, and launched his own high-end catering business. Now Tyler is excited to partner with Patrick Mangold-White bringing Northern Italian to South Pearl!
Growing up on a family farm in Costa Rica, Alvaro became passionate about food at a young age. He has 21 years restaurant business experience – everything from catering, to being the personal chef of famous clients.
Besides loving the outdoors and being a soccer fan, Alvaro just adopted adorable rescue puppy “Bentley” from a shelter, which is taking up all his spare time!
Riley has been studying wine under owner Patrick for the last six years. He’s enjoyed every job from washing dishes to making margaritas, but feels most at home serving delicious Italian wine to Palizo guests.
When not opening bottles at your table, Riley enjoys kicking back with a bottle of rosé, a canine companion, and a backgammon board to pass the time. Preferably on a patio, regardless of the season.
